Primary Responsibilities
- Help drive new sales into the community to achieve and exceed sales and occupancy goals.
- Develop and close leads with potential residents.
- Cook up the move-in process.
- Develop relationships with referral sources.
- Aid in special events.
- Conduct tours for interested parties.
- Maintain relationships with potential residents.
- Coordinate admission process for Independent and Assisted Living residents.
Requirements
- Well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with contact database management and community outreach.
- Computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Pass DSHS background check.
Qualifications
- High school or GED plus 1 year of sales experience required.
- Some college-level coursework in marketing or related field, preferred.
- Completion of Next Step Sales Management and/or, BILD & Co. Consulting training, preferred.
