Senior Living Sales Counselor

Responsibilities

• Assist older adults and their families in exploring senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
• Build trusting relationships by listening carefully to individual needs and explaining available services.
• Respond to inquiries, arrange community visits, and guide prospective residents through the decision-making and move-in process.
• Collaborate with community teams to ensure a smooth transition and welcoming experience for new residents.
