Respond to inquiries, qualify prospective residents, and understand individual needs and preferences.Guide prospects through tours, available services, and the decision-making process.Build and maintain relationships with prospects, residents, families, and referral partners.Manage leads and track follow-ups using a CRM.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a thoughtful, resident-first experience.
