Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales and Leasing Manager as well as with other The Oaks of Louisiana team members and departments to assist in achieving department goals.
- Collaborate on implementation of strategies and tactics to increase campus census.
- Responds to requests for information within 24 hours of request receipt.
- Met with prospects and reviews their situation and needs in detail.
- Executes residency contracts.
- Aids the Sales and Leasing Manager, other Senior Living Leasing Associates, and Maintenance and Housekeeping staff to ensure all residences are ready on time.
- Records all communications accurately and in a timely manner through MatrixCare, including records of conversations and correspondence.
- Develops a detailed schedule for moving day activities, coordinates the schedule with all departments involved and outside vendors if needed, and ensures the resident receives the appropriate resident handbook.
- Submits leasing activity reports and documentation to the Sales and Leasing Manager, as requested.
- Maintains on-call status for weekends and holidays, when requested.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, leasing, senior living or related field.
- Specific strengths in sales and development of relationship selling or comparable experience.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver superior customer service.
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 is required.
- Ability to fully utilize and maintain a process for documentation and tracking of prospects within a customer relationship management computer system (CRM).
- Ability to express complex information in a clear and concise format.
- Ability to present information at various levels of understanding.
- Must display a willingness to make decisions, exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make decisions in a timely manner.
- Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Must be very well organized.
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as work effectively with affiliated teammates and manage time well to complete duties within the requisite timeframe.
- Valid driver's license (and liability insurance) with own vehicle for local travel in support of educational seminars and established sales goals.
