About the role
You will support store operations, customer service, and sales as a Retail Service Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service
- Supervise showroom activities
- Process online and in-store orders
- Handle returns and exchanges
- Ensure accurate invoicing
- Communicate key messages to the team
- Delegate merchandising tasks
- Perform store opening and closing duties, including security and cash handling
- Manage shifts in the absence of managers
- Ensure schedule adherence
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain Retail Service Specialist (RSS) Certification
- Retail sales experience (auto parts preferred)
- Automotive knowledge
- ASE Certification
- Bilingual skills (Spanish highly desired)
