Retail Service Associate

Role: Retail Service Specialist supporting store operations, customer service, and sales. Responsibilities: Lead team in delivering excellent customer service, supervise showroom activities, process online and in-store orders, handle returns and exchanges, ensure accurate invoicing, communicate messages, delegate merchandising tasks, and perform store opening/closing duties including security and cash handling. Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to obtain RSS Certification, retail sales experience (auto parts preferred), automotive knowledge, ASE Certification, bilingual skills (Spanish highly desired).
