About the role
We are seeking a Dining Room Server to support our residents in our beautiful community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with seniors and committed to providing an atmosphere that values individualism and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with dining services
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Support resident engagement and social activities
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, bend, carry, and reach frequently
Qualifications
- Compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest personality
- Genuine love for working with the senior population
