About the role
Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace is currently seeking a Dining Room Server to support residents within their community.
Responsibilities
- Support residents on their wellness journey
- Create an atmosphere that values individualism and dignity
- Work with a compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest team
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perform tasks such as serving meals, assisting with dining activities, and maintaining cleanliness
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Flexibility with schedule
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, bend, carry, and reach
Qualifications
- Committed to working with seniors
- Passionate about supporting residents' wellness
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of the senior population
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
