About the role
Merrill Gardens at Lafayette is currently seeking a Dining Room Server to support residents within our community.
Responsibilities
- Professionally serve meals in our restaurant-style dining room.
- Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Food Handler’s Permit as required.
- Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest individual who loves working with the senior population.

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay
- Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws.
