Senior Living Dining Room Server

About the role

We are seeking a Dining Room Server to support our residents at Truewood by Merrill, Boise. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with seniors and committed to providing an atmosphere that values individualism and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dining room operations run smoothly, including food service, table setting, and clearing tables.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, including assisting with meal planning and ordering supplies.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A Food Handler's Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, carrying, and reaching.
