About the role
Merrill Gardens at Sherwood is currently seeking a Dining Room Server to support residents in their beautiful community.
Responsibilities
- Support residents in their wellness journey
- Create an atmosphere that values individualism and dignity
- Work with the senior population in a compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food Handler’s Permit as required
- Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physical requirements: Regular standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, frequent bending, carrying, and reaching
Qualifications

Skills
- Customer service skills
