About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to multiple residents throughout your shift, delivering personalized care based on each resident's individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts, as needed
• Encourage resident engagement through conversation and activities
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while providing compassionate care

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to safely lift and assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care

What You'll Do
