Responsibilities

• Offer comfort, clarity, and a sense of possibility to seniors and their families as they explore senior living options.
• Be a trusted voice and compassionate guide, often the first point of contact for seniors and their loved ones.
• Guide families through options and document next steps in our CRM system.
• Balance empathy with efficiency to help as many people as possible.
• Keep accurate and thoughtful records of conversations and services provided.
• Collaborate with your team to continually improve and grow.
• Stay current through regular training and development opportunities.
• Reflect our core values: compassion, excellence, and respect.

Requirements

• Strong ability to guide conversations, ask probing questions, and help families make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree, college coursework, or equivalent of 2 years of professional experience in social work, customer service, sales, healthcare, or senior living.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Weekend availability.
