Responsibilities
- Establish and enhance the organization’s reputation in senior care navigation within Jacksonville and surrounding regions.
- Develop and maintain referral networks with hospitals, physicians, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys.
- Assist families in understanding and selecting senior care options with empathy and honesty.
- Deliver senior placement services that prioritize trust, advocacy, and individualized care.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in business development, sales, or relationship building, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or related fields.
- Strong networking abilities with a preference for genuine, in-person connections.
- Effective communication skills with an empathetic approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a flexible, field-based environment.
- Residency within the Jacksonville metropolitan area.
Pay
Competitive compensation with base salary and commission, targeting earnings between $75,000 and $150,000 in the first year.
