Responsibilities
- Oversee full implementation of resident and family engagement’s overall dementia care program
- Provide coaching and leadership to associates who are caregivers within the community
- Ensure Care Associates deliver person-centered programming, dining, and care
- Collaborate with the leadership team on dementia training, preadmission/move-in/move-out processes, hiring, and education of associates regarding dementia care, including how to lead programs and interventions for behavioral expression
- Plan and coordinate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs tailored to the specific needs of each resident within the dementia care community
Requirements
- Experience with residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias in a residential setting (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of three years of management and direct supervision experience (preferred)

Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program. Pay
