Senior Litigation Counsel & Regional Trial Attorney
About the role
These opportunities are focused on senior civil litigation, business disputes, construction litigation, trial preparation, depositions, motions, and direct client responsibility in regional and major-city markets. Candidates must have substantive civil litigation experience, be able to independently handle discovery, depositions, motions, and case strategy, have strong writing and courtroom judgment, be comfortable with client contact and deadlines, and be licensed or eligible in the applicable jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Focus on state & federal litigation, depositions, motions, discovery, trial prep
- Focus on commercial litigation, business disputes, construction litigation, trial work
- Manage commercial disputes, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation for business clients
- Focus on construction disputes, business torts, contract litigation, commercial real estate disputes, and trial-ready civil litigation matters
Requirements
- Substantive civil litigation experience
- Able to independently handle discovery, depositions, motions, and case strategy
- Strong writing and courtroom judgment
- Comfortable with client contact and deadlines
- Licensed or eligible in the applicable jurisdiction
