Growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its in-house legal team in a hybrid work environment in Atlanta. This senior-level role will manage complex litigation matters nationwide, oversee outside counsel, develop case strategy, attend mediations and trials, and advise leadership on legal risk and exposure. Requirements

• J.D. degree
• Active bar license
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience
• Exposure to medical malpractice (preferred)
• Trial experience (strongly preferred)
