Responsibilities

  • Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Serve as lead counsel on commercial and business disputes.
  • Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships while contributing to business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas and offices.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and assist with team development.
  • Provide practical, strategic legal counsel to businesses and organizational clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of litigation experience.
  • An active Colorado law license.
  • A portable book of business.
  • A proven track record of managing sophisticated litigation matters and developing trusted client relationships.

Compensation is expected to range from $200,000 to $240,000+, depending on experience and portable business, with additional performance and origination incentives available.
