Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Serve as lead counsel on commercial and business disputes.
- Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Maintain and expand client relationships while contributing to business development efforts.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas and offices.
- Mentor junior attorneys and assist with team development.
- Provide practical, strategic legal counsel to businesses and organizational clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of litigation experience.
- An active Colorado law license.
- A portable book of business.
- A proven track record of managing sophisticated litigation matters and developing trusted client relationships.

Compensation is expected to range from $200,000 to $240,000+, depending on experience and portable business, with additional performance and origination incentives available.
