About the role
Location: San Francisco, United States. Work Mode: Work from Office. Role: Senior Litigation Associate — Commercial, Regulatory & Public Law.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of complex litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision
- Conduct advanced legal research and analysis on multifaceted issues
- Advise clients on strategy, risk assessment, and compliance matters
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
- Mentor junior associates and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant litigation experience (commercial/regulatory/public law)
- Admitted to practice law in California or eligible for admission
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated client service excellence and leadership abilities
