Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of complex litigation from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision
• Conduct advanced legal research and analysis on multifaceted issues
• Advise clients on strategy, risk assessment, and compliance matters
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
• Mentor junior associates and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant litigation experience (commercial/regulatory/public law)
• Admitted to practice law in California or eligible for admission
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated client service excellence and leadership abilities
