What's the Job?

Support and execute large-scale server migration projects involving physical and virtual infrastructure relocation.

Manage and migrate VMware ESXi environments, including vMotion, storage vMotion, and cross-site migrations with minimal disruption.

Configure, troubleshoot, and migrate iSCSI storage networks, ensuring connectivity, performance, and security.

Develop automation tools to streamline migration workflows and ensure repeatability and reliability.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements, assess readiness, and deliver effective solutions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading or participating in large-scale data center or server migration projects.
• Deep understanding of Linux OS internals and architecture, with hands-on experience in Linux-based compute environments.
• Expertise with VMware ESXi, vSphere, and related virtualization technologies, including vMotion and storage migration techniques.
• Strong knowledge of iSCSI storage networking, LVM configurations, and advanced networking concepts.
