Responsibilities
- Cooking according to Company recipes
- Demonstrate and promote The RANCH culture
- Create a positive work environment through teamwork
- Communicate clearly with managers and teammates
- Maintain high food quality and standards
- Execute recipes and food production
- Plating food according to specifications and timing
- Keep station clean and organized
Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience as a line cook in fine dining, or equivalent experience
- Culinary degree preferred
- Up to date sanitation classes
- Strong skills on grill, sauté, broiler
- Knowledge to make sauces from scratch

Pay
