About the role
Wise is a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world’s money—minimal fees, maximum ease, full speed. As part of the team, you’ll help create an entirely new network for the world’s money, making international transactions seamless for everyone, everywhere.
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager to own and elevate our Americas customer lifecycle strategy. You’ll bridge the gap between high-level CRM strategy and tactical execution, ensuring customers receive the right message at the right time through the right channel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 2+ CRM professionals. Foster a culture of experimentation, autonomy, and continuous learning.
- Define the Americas Strategy: Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for customers in North America and Latin America. Build sophisticated, automated journeys that drive activation, cross-sell, and retention.
- Drive Commercial Impact: Improve key CRM metrics—conversion rates, churn reduction, and lifetime value—using data to prove the value of your team’s work.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary voice for Americas CRM across the company. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, Regional Leads, Analytics, and Creative teams to align communications with product roadmaps and customer needs.
Requirements
- Experienced Leader: 5+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with 2+ years managing teams. Skilled in balancing execution with delegation.
- Regional Expert: Deep understanding of North American and Latin American marketing nuances—messaging, tone, imagery, and value propositions beyond simple translation.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable diving into data to identify opportunities, with expertise in cohort analysis, A/B testing, and measuring incremental lift.
- Analytical Rigour: Proficient in dashboards, extracting insights, and translating data into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on Experience: Proven track record of executing with autonomy, from crafting local briefs to presenting long-term strategies to leadership.
- Technical Fluency: Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM tools (preferably Braze) and ability to discuss data schemas, API triggers, and HTML/Liquid logic with engineers.
- Collaborative Influencer: Builds relationships with senior stakeholders in Product and Engineering; advocates for customer experience and business value.
- Customer-Obsessed: Prioritizes relevance in every interaction, avoiding "spam" tactics and ensuring customer-centric communications.
Skills
- Desirable: Proficiency in SQL for self-serving data insights.
- Experience in high-growth, product-led environments (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Experience with localized campaigns across multiple regions/languages.
