This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth through ideation, launch, and optimization of omni-channel journeys
  • End-to-end execution of customer journeys including strategy, metrics, and results analysis
  • Create detailed project requirements to bridge technical and marketing teams
  • Estimate potential project impact on customer acquisition and revenue
  • Develop and execute a testing roadmap for owned journeys
  • Identify cross-functional opportunities for lifecycle improvements
  • Enhance reporting dashboards in partnership with Analytics
  • Collaborate with Creative team to develop engaging customer touchpoints

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in lifecycle marketing
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results toward KPIs
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Mode
  • Strong understanding of statistical testing principles in CRM
  • Experience managing complex projects with diverse teams
  • Hands-on experience in Iterable is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with SMS and mobile push preferred
  • Bonus if familiar with CDP, specifically HighTouch

Pay

$138,000 – $220,000 annually
