Responsibilities

- Provide quality care to residents to ensure their health, safety, and security. - Administer treatments, assist with medication administration, and coordinate medical appointments. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers. - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to resident rights policies. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. - Document care provided and outcomes accurately. - Support administrative tasks and supervise staff.

Requirements

- Licensure as a Practical Nurse in Florida. - Current CPR certification. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Effective communication skills. - Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- One year of experience in long-term care/120-bed skilled nursing facility. - Experience with Electronic Medical Records.

Pay

Annual Salary: $50,960.78

Schedule

13-hour shifts: 6:45 am - 8:35 pm, 6:45 pm - 8:35 am, every other weekend off.
