Senior Level Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for interactive games using Disney properties
• Utilize Unreal Engine, UEFN, and Verse to create and maintain game environments
• Work alongside artists to craft immersive gameplay spaces
• Design and iterate on gameplay mechanics, including puzzles and combat
• Document level design processes and updates thoroughly
• Mentor and guide junior Level Designers in best practices

Qualifications

• 5 years of game development experience with at least one shipped title in a similar role
• Proficient in Unreal Engine and UEFN, with skills in C++, Blueprints, and Verse Scripting
• Strong collaboration abilities and experience working with various stakeholders
• In-depth appreciation of Disney's intellectual properties and aesthetics
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of what makes engaging gameplay experiences
• Expertise in 3D game engines and their application in level design
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
