Job Description
Faegre Drinker is seeking a Senior Legal Solutions Designer to join our Technology & Innovation department in New York City, Philadelphia, or Washington D.C. office. This role involves embedding with practice groups and operational teams, mapping workflows, designing future states, configuring legal AI platforms, building custom tools, and tracking tool usage.
What You Would Do
- Embed with practice groups and operational teams to observe and identify bottlenecks.
- Use Miro and Lucid to transform workflows into clear service blueprints.
- Map information flow across systems and design new solutions.
- Configure and tune legal AI platforms like Harvey.
- Build custom copilots, prompt libraries, and automated workflows in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design connections between iManage and AI tools.
- Build practical internal portals, dashboards, and utility tools using low-code platforms.
- Create high-fidelity, clickable interfaces in Figma to gain partner buy-in.
- Set and document UI and design standards.
- Provide day-to-day oversight of direct reports.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.

Pay Range
The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $160,000 – $183,000. Actual initial salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or Legal Design.
- Demonstrated experience leading user research, discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and design sprints.
- Expert-level capability in Miro or Lucid (Lucidchart/Lucidspark).
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Proven ability to build functional internal tools using low-code/no-code platforms.
