Senior Legal Operations Specialist (Hybrid - Newark, NJ, NYC, FL)

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve legal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
• Implement scalable solutions for better service delivery
• Drive legal operations initiatives from strategy to execution
• Automate workflows using templates and redesign processes
• Embed AI and technology in legal operations
• Administer and optimize the legal tech stack
• Extract and analyze data to generate operational insights

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in legal operations, compliance, or a related function
• Experience with legal tech platforms (matter management, e-billing, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills for data reporting and operational insights
• Proficient in creating dashboards and KPIs for stakeholders
• Background in spend management and vendor operations
• Familiarity with privacy compliance activities
• Excellent skills in process improvement and workflow design
