Senior Legal Leader

The Role

This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded lawyer who can lead complex commercial transactions with major retailers and strategic enterprise customers while also bringing the breadth to advise on technology, compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and broader business matters. This position reports to the CEO of Americas.

The Candidate

• Strong experience in commercial transactions with large retailers
• Tech/SaaS background (required)
• Executive leadership presence to operate confidently with a regional executive team in a global, matrixed environment

Location: Dallas/Hybrid, Texas (local or relocation required plus 3 days in office)
