Mountain View, California — Hybrid (2 onsite / 3 remote). Local candidates only.

Contract Details

6 months, 35 hours per week, 1099 Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documents and legal reasoning.
• Evaluate legal content for accuracy and consistency.
• Apply legal expertise to assess project outputs.
• Provide structured feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of legal experience.
• Licensed Attorney, Legal Counsel, Corporate Counsel, Litigation, Compliance, or related background.
• Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• AI experience not required.
