We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Lume And Mando" (company overview) then "Overview" then "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits And Perks". Also there is mention of salary range (Pay). Also schedule: "The Mammoth Brands' working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday." So we have Pay and Schedule sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use for section headings: About the role? Actually "About Lume And Mando" is company overview; maybe we treat as "About the company"? The instruction: use
for section headings: About the role? Actually "About Lume And Mando" is company overview; maybe we treat as "About the company"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have headings: About the company (maybe "About Lume And Mando") but they gave example "About the role". We'll use "About the company" or "About Lume And Mando". Probably better to use "About Lume And Mando" as heading.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- About Lume And Mando (company overview) -> include.
- Overview (role overview) -> include maybe as "Overview". Could be considered "About the role". We'll include as "Overview".
- Responsibilities -> include.
- Qualifications -> include.
- Benefits And Perks -> include as Benefits.
- Pay -> include salary range.
- Schedule -> include working model.
We must not include sections like Skills if not present.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip the EEO statement, visa sponsorship note, etc. Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates.
We need to keep all substantive info: company description, overview, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule.
We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

But we need to keep the content as is, but we can break into paragraphs. We must not repeat job title. Not needed. We need to ensure we don't include EEO statement etc. Let's extract the relevant text. Original text: About Lume And Mando Founded in 2017, Lume is a transformative personal care brand on a mission to normalize body odor beyond pits and provide people with outrageously effective solutions so they don’t have to think twice about odor. We are pioneers of the whole body deodorant category, with a portfolio of odor-blocking products including anti-perspirants, aluminum-free deodorants, body washes, body creams, cleansing bars and laundry sprays. Lume products are OB/GYN developed, made with skin-safe ingredients that are gentle enough for the most sensitive parts and often referred to as “life-changing” by our customers. In late 2022, we launched a men’s line called Mando, bringing our expertise to the men’s personal care category. From whole body deodorants to body washes, our product offerings arm men with the confidence to show up as their best selves as they move about their busy day. Lume and Mando are part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,” the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. We respect the laws enforced by the EEOC and are dedicated to going above and beyond in fostering diversity across our company. If visa sponsorship is required for work authorization, please note that Mammoth Brands in collaboration with immigration counsel will manage and submit all necessary legal filings on behalf of the candidate. We need to strip EEO and visa sponsorship lines. Also maybe remove the line about "Mammoth Brands is committed to bringing together individuals..." that is part of EEO? It's a diversity statement but not exactly EEO legal boilerplate; but it's still a diversity statement. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the paragraph starting "Mammoth Brands is committed to bringing together individuals..." and the subsequent EEO paragraph and visa sponsorship note. Also we should remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. We need to keep the benefits and perks section, but note that the benefits paragraph includes also some schedule info and salary info. We'll separate schedule and pay. We have schedule info: "The Mammoth Brands' working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom! We can’t quantify all of the intangible things we think you’ll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture." We need to keep that as schedule section? Actually schedule is about working model. The benefits section also includes free products etc. We'll separate. Pay: "The base salary hiring range for this position is $195,000-$225,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience." We'll put that in Pay section. Now we need to format. We'll produce:About Lume And Mando
