Senior Legal Counsel
About the role
Are you an agile, business-minded Legal Counsel looking to make an immediate, tangible impact at a high‑growth global company? We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (US Qualified) to serve as a key strategic partner to our General Counsel and business leadership and join a tight‑knit, collaborative, globally facing team. In this role, you will not simply review contracts—you will help steer our commercial engine, scale our corporate and operational foundations, and protect the company’s interests as we expand worldwide. The role focuses on day‑to‑day legal operations in two distinct buckets: deal oversight and support (customer commercial transactions) and conventional legal aspects such as intellectual property, data privacy, ESOP, corporate governance, etc. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment where your legal insight directly shapes business outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the General Counsel and the Legal & Compliance team in overseeing the legal & compliance aspects of the company’s business, advancing company objectives while mitigating risk.

- Working with the legal team in Ireland and supporting a follow‑the‑sun working methodology.
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts with customers, partners and service providers, and providing support to more junior members of the legal team.
- Providing accurate and timely counsel to company employees on a variety of legal topics, including commercial contracts, privacy and data protection, policies and procedures, corporate governance, intellectual property, and employment law.
- Applying effective risk‑management techniques and offering proactive advice on the legal aspects of commercial transactions.
- Communicating, negotiating, and resolving issues with colleagues and external parties to establish relations of trust.
- Dealing with complex matters involving multiple stakeholders.
- Maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and responsibility.
- Keeping current on updates and changes in applicable rules and legislation, and developing expertise in new areas of practice.
- Working closely with the General Counsel and the rest of the Legal & Compliance Department to ensure consistent and reliable support to the organization.
- Collaborating closely with the Legal and Compliance department and key stakeholders and leaders, including Sales and Finance.
