SENIOR LEGAL ADVISOR

Educational Requirements: Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years experience in High Rise Platinum Buildings / Construction Projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date database of customers through sales logging using the business’s current call reporting system.
• Keep a structured record of projects at all stages, including orders placed.
• Communicate and collaborate with all divisions within the company.
• Prepare a monthly report highlighting key activities, successes, and market trends to outline ongoing goals.
• Prepare project-wise sales reports every week to improve efficiency in completing targets.
• Manage customer relationships effectively.
• Approach and convince clients while understanding their requirements and providing necessary project details.
• Participate in property exhibitions and generate inquiries from the database.
• Meet sales targets.
