Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across various markets.
  • Leverage your existing network and industry contacts to establish and grow a strong customer base.
  • Identify, approach and convert new prospects into long term leasing clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, providing tailored vehicle leasing solutions to meet their individual requirements.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and long term retention.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
  • Represent the business at networking events and industry meetings to raise the profile of the leasing division and identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the division, with the opportunity to support future recruitment and team development.

Requirements

Proven success in a business development or sales role within the vehicle leasing, fleet management or automotive industry is essential.

A strong understanding of vehicle leasing products, agreements and funding solutions.

An established network of industry contacts that can be leveraged to generate new business would be highly advantageous.

A proven track record of winning new business and developing long term customer relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.

Commercially driven, self motivated and entrepreneurial, with a passion for exceeding targets.

Experience using CRM systems and leasing software.

Qualifications

The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Pay

£30,000 – £50,000 DOE, plus an uncapped performance related bonus.

Schedule

Full time, Monday – Friday.
