Job Title: Senior Learning Experience Designer, Live Learning Location: Sacramento, California (Remote) Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading entertainment organization on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning Experience Designer, Live & Blended Learning. This role supports high-impact learning experiences across live, facilitated, and digital learning design, helping shape engaging onboarding and leadership development programs during a critical coverage period. Responsibilities Design and support live, facilitated learning experiences that meet evolving business needs.Develop digital learning solutions that enhance onboarding and broader employee learning experiences.Contribute to virtual experience onboarding and the redesign of a full-day leader experience.Partner on learning initiatives that leverage a learning management system to deliver blended solutions. Required: Must have prior experience working within enterprise-level organizations in Marketplace, Media, Big Tech/Consumer Tech, Streaming, Entertainment, or Audio/Music industries.Docebo LMS – Required hands-on experience; non-negotiable.Live / Instructor-Led Learning Design (ILT & VILT) – Deep experience designing facilitated in-person and synchronous virtual learning.Learning Experience / Instructional Design – 8+ years of experience designing end-to-end learning experiences.Experiential / Practice-Based Learning – Experience designing scenarios, simulations, exercises, role practice, peer learning, and facilitated discussions.Leadership Development – Experience designing learning for managers, senior leaders, or new-leader onboarding.
