Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex, multi-modal learning solutions
  • Translate design intent into visually engaging, learner-ready experiences
  • Leverage authoring tools for scalable and high-quality outputs
  • Facilitate SME sessions for content gathering and structuring
  • Apply instructional design principles to support learning objectives and behavior change
  • Conduct quality assurance to uphold accuracy and brand standards

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in learning development or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in instructional design application and content creation
  • Advanced visual design and storyboarding skills
  • Proven ability to lead SME content development
  • Proficiency in modern authoring tools and learning platforms
  • Strong capacity to operate independently while aligning with design intent
