Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex, multi-modal learning solutions
- Translate design intent into visually engaging, learner-ready experiences
- Leverage authoring tools for scalable and high-quality outputs
- Facilitate SME sessions for content gathering and structuring
- Apply instructional design principles to support learning objectives and behavior change
- Conduct quality assurance to uphold accuracy and brand standards
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in learning development or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Expertise in instructional design application and content creation
- Advanced visual design and storyboarding skills
- Proven ability to lead SME content development
- Proficiency in modern authoring tools and learning platforms
- Strong capacity to operate independently while aligning with design intent
