About the Opportunity
The Senior Learning & Development Lead is responsible for designing and managing the learning experience for Care Advocates and supporting physician onboarding as the clinical team expands. This role ensures that team members are effectively trained to deliver exceptional care, meet compliance, and documentation standards. The position requires proactive collaboration across departments and ownership of learning management systems and training content to accelerate onboarding and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain training programs and materials for onboarding, compliance, and ongoing development
- Create e-learning modules, videos, presentations, job aids, and assessments using adult learning and inclusive design principles
- Maintain up-to-date handbooks and centralized training documentation
- Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and professional development workshops
- Serve as primary contact for Care Advocates during onboarding and provide coaching
- Manage the TalentLMS platform, including course creation, enrollment, assessments, and reporting
- Ensure compliance training programs meet regulatory and organizational audit standards
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations and L&D teams to align training content with workflows and compliance requirements
- Track onboarding readiness and training effectiveness using data and reporting tools
- Support change management and communications related to care team workflows and policies
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development within a healthcare setting (clinical operations, community health, telehealth, value-based care, or similar regulated environments)
- Strong instructional design skills
- Ability to develop engaging training content and facilitate virtual learning
- Experience managing learning management systems and training compliance
- Proactive collaboration and communication skills
Pay Range and Compensation Package
