About the Role

Assist with administrative duties of the department. Help train, schedule, and coach hourly employees to assure product meets prescribed quality standards while meeting production goals. Assure compliance with all policies regarding safety and conduct.

Requirements

• Lead or similar experience with a high level of responsibility
• Ability to read prints
• Experience with PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teamcenter
• Knowledge of support areas and familiarity with mainframe and styling sheets (helpful)
