Responsibilities

• Avoids delays in production by ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Trains, schedules, and coaches hourly employees.
• Safeguards the department by ensuring compliance with all policies regarding safety and conduct.

Requirements

• Lead or similar experience with a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to read prints, experience with PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of Teamcenter.
• Familiarity with support areas, mainframe, and styling sheets is helpful.
