About the role

This is a contract position for a structured ~20-minute online survey focused on gathering insights from senior leaders in career transition phases. Your perspectives will inform the development of AI tools for career transitions.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured ~20-minute online survey.
• Share perspectives on leadership career and future plans.
• Submit all responses within the given timeline.
• Contribute insights to inform AI tool development for career transitions.

Requirements

• Aged 45 or older.
• Held a senior leadership role (e.g., CEO, C-suite executive, board member).
• Currently in a transition or pre-transition life phase.
• The question of "what comes next" is at least somewhat relevant.
• Based in the United States.
• Able to independently complete a ~20-minute online survey.

Pay

$70/hour (one-time payment upon successful verification of submission).
