Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.
- Partner with site leadership to identify and implement strategic priorities.
- Participate in regional and business level forums and present outcomes to business leaders.
- Develop and execute an individual development plan aligned with business level and site level goals.
- Build people leadership skills.
Qualifications
- 5 – 8 years working experience with 4-5 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, engineering, forestry or related discipline.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing change, and delivering results.
- Able to implement and drive operational and strategic initiatives.
- Must be willing to travel and relocate for high-priority assignments.
What We Offer
- Compensation: Eligible for annual merit-increase program with a salary range of $90,244-$135,509 based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Annual Incentive Program with a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay, potentially up to two times that target.
