About the role
The Senior Software Engineer will be part of a dynamic team building an AI-powered platform that enhances customer-facing teams' performance through automated conversation analysis, personalized coaching, and realistic training simulations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists to build and ship complex, customer-facing products.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and services to power the platform's features.
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, shipping complex, customer-facing products.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks such as Django, Flask, React, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of databases, cloud services (AWS, GCP), and version control systems (Git).
- Experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Passion for building impactful AI solutions and a commitment to continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Experience with open-source projects and contributing to the community.
