About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager, Human Resources Artificial Intelligence (AI), to join the Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with HR and business leaders across the company to tackle complex problems and develop AI solutions leveraging in-house and SaaS based applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR product strategy, influencing business plans, requirements, and technology solutions for complex enterprise needs.
- Influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions through workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Define and scale shared platforms, reusable capabilities, and product ecosystems across multiple business use cases.
- Partner with executive leaders, stakeholders, technology, governance, risk, legal, and compliance teams to deliver innovative, responsible, and business-ready AI solutions.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, KPIs, compliance, and business value realization; identify and implement improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI products, including a strong understanding of GenAI, machine learning, and agentic AI concepts as applied to HR workflows and decision-making.
- Experience with HR Systems (e.g., Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, ServiceNow HRSD, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience in a global environment with multiple integrations.
- Proven experience leading AI-driven HR initiatives and delivering AI-powered solutions in partnership with data science, engineering, and HR teams.
- Strong Agile expertise, including leading Scrum teams and driving execution across complex workstreams.
- Proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
- Experience integrating HR technologies with third-party service vendors and external platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices, with exceptional executive communication and leadership skills in matrixed environments.

- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
