About The Opportunity
Regarding Payroll, the Senior Lead would be responsible for coordinating the inputs needed for processing payroll within the US and other select countries, for example, Canada, and certain EMEA and APAC countries, in a managed payroll operating model. Liaise with internal People partners regarding any questions on the payroll related data and organize payroll data before submitting to payroll providers. Liaise with payroll providers on submissions and review of payroll data within agreed upon timeframes. Perform reconciliations of manual inputs and outputs to ensure the accuracy of the payroll. Assist with handling queries from employees, internal partners and vendors, as needed.
Regarding Travel and Expense, the Senior Lead will work closely with Finance Global Business Services, Expense Accounting, Business Operations teams, Department Leaders, and the outsourced provider. They will provide others with an in-depth understanding of the policy and processes related to corporate cards and expense reporting. They will also coordinate management of the credit card program with our credit partners. A strong candidate would balance multiple deliverables and partner with different internal and external stakeholders. They would be a strong communicator, resourceful, analytical, motivated, and eager to assist in the implementation of new processes, best practices and the maintenance of a strong control environment.
About You
- 4-6+ years of work experience in Payroll and/or T&ES
- Solid functional knowledge, commensurate with level, including understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Highly innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical skills that enable the candidate to recognize and resolve problems
- Capable of working independently, as a member of an internal team, and in partnership with vendors
- A fast learner who adapts well to a dynamic environment, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines, combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to deliver effective results
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- 4-year college degree, in accounting, finance or related analytical field
- Knowledge of US and/or other Payrolls, withholding taxes and benefits, and Travel & Expense
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll and Travel & Expense management
- Background in People Operations Compensation & Benefits
Pay
Base Pay: $78,750 to 90,000 annually
