Senior Lead - Mueller
About the role
We're seeking a Senior Lead to join our Mueller team in Austin. This role is designed for experienced restaurant leaders looking to advance their career towards becoming a General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations
- Coach and develop team members in real time
- Hold hospitality, cleanliness, and operational standards accountable
- Support guest recovery and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and kitchen readiness throughout the shift
- Partner closely with the General Manager on operations and team development
- Assist with scheduling, labor efficiency, inventory, and shift execution
- Monitor line checks, health standards, cleanliness, and Steritech readiness
- Respond to guest feedback and reviews with a hospitality-first mindset
- Serve as a role model for Dish Society's culture and values
Requirements
We're looking for someone who can lead confidently while staying hands-on in operations. The ideal candidate should have previous restaurant leadership experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, understand both hospitality and operational excellence, lead by example, support the team, give feedback, coach, and hold standards accountable, communicate clearly and professionally, and want to continue growing into higher restaurant leadership roles. Must be available for all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Qualifications
Must have a valid Texas Food Handlers Card and a high school diploma or equivalent.
