At Walmart, our Senior Lead Counsels drive response and investigation strategy while empowering the organization to make informed decisions that align to enterprise objectives.
What you'll do
- Identify, prioritize, and manage risks to the Company, including by engaging and supervising outside counsel and collaborating with internal clients to develop mitigation strategies
- Provide legal advice to the Company by identifying and explaining key risks and positioning Company leadership to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with senior Company executives to respond to significant risks
- Partner with Compliance and Business Units to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to encourage and continue early and proactive engagement of in-house counsel
Minimum Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school and 7 years’ experience in law
- Licence to practice law in at least one state
- 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams

Pay Range
The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00 - $370,000.00
