About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager to support its Emerging Middle Market and Middle Market banking segments as part of the Credit Execution Team in Commercial Banking. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfrfjobs.com.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 6+ years of experience underwriting Emerging Middle Market and Middle Market customers
  • Experience negotiating, managing, and amending complex credit facility legal documentation
  • Strong risk management and compliance skills
  • Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure within the Emerging Middle Market and Middle Market banking segments
  • Completion of a formal credit training program
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services such as, commercial lending and treasury management
  • Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnerships
  • Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growth
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
