Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in loan origination, portfolio monitoring, financial modeling, credit underwriting, and risk analysis for complex commercial businesses
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, banking regulations, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with the Bank's software and credit risk management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Completion of formal credit training program

Pay Range
- Charlotte--North Carolina Pay Range: $100,000 - $163,000 USD annual
- Boston-Massachusetts Pay Range: $120,000 - $196,000 USD annual
- Minneapolis-Minnesota Pay Range: $110,000 - $179,000 USD annual
- Irving, Texas Pay Range: $100,000 - $163,000 USD annual
- Atlanta-Georgia Pay Range: $100,000 - $163,000 USD annual
