Senior Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• 4+ years of experience as a commercial banking Portfolio Manager, with a focus on Middle Market C&I, Commercial Real Estate, and Investor Real Estate
• Strong expertise in loan origination, portfolio monitoring, financial modeling, credit underwriting, and risk analysis for complex commercial businesses
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, banking regulations, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with the Bank's software and credit risk management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Completion of formal credit training program

Pay Range

• Charlotte--North Carolina Pay Range: $100,000 - $163,000 USD annual
• Boston-Massachusetts Pay Range: $120,000 - $196,000 USD annual
• Minneapolis-Minnesota Pay Range: $110,000 - $179,000 USD annual
• Irving, Texas Pay Range: $100,000 - $163,000 USD annual
• Atlanta-Georgia Pay Range: $100,000 - $163,000 USD annual
