Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and project management to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather detailed requirements from various departments.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure all requirements are documented and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a technology environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with business analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
