The Senior Lead Business Analyst at Infinite Computer Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirements documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and project management to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather detailed requirements from various departments.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work closely with developers to translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation.
- Ensure all requirements are documented and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with business analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
