Senior / Lead Analyst, Customer Insights

For our client, we are seeking a Senior / Lead Analyst, Customer Insights to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will translate complex business questions into actionable analytical work that supports better decisions across healthcare-related initiatives. The Senior / Lead Analyst will partner closely with Data Science, product, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality insights, predictive models, and analytical deliverables. This position also plays a key role in maintaining strong project execution standards while helping mentor junior analysts and strengthen the overall team.
