Senior / Lead Analyst, Customer Insights

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business questions into concrete data plans
• Serve as the lead analyst for productized analytics engines
• Design predictive models in collaboration with Data Science teams
• Build dashboards and analytical deliverables based on models
• Manage project delivery and maintain quality standards
• Mentor junior analysts and support team growth

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience in analytics or data science
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
• Experience working with healthcare data, including claims and clinical data
• Direct customer-facing experience in analytics
• Comfortable with AI tooling in analytical workflows
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders for project delivery
